Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses located within the United States, including:

Contiguous United States (48 states)

Hawaii

Alaska
We do not ship to:
- International addresses
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- Freight forwarders or third-party consolidation warehouses
Please note: Delivery may not be available to certain remote, rural, or restricted areas where carrier service is limited. If your shipping address is outside our eligible delivery regions, the order will not be accepted at checkout and payment cannot be completed.
2. Shipping Method & Fees
We offer standard shipping only.
Shipping fees are calculated based on order subtotal (before tax):

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time (after shipment):
- Contiguous United States: 3–5 business days
- Hawaii: 5–7 business days
- Alaska: 6–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, or regional service limitations.
4. Taxes
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address, in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local regulations.
Since orders are shipped within the United States, customs duties or import taxes do not apply.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery status can be monitored through the carrier’s tracking system.
6. Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us within 3 business days so we can assist in communicating with the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
