1. Eligible Shipping Destinations
We currently offer standard shipping exclusively to the United States territory, including the following regions:
- Contiguous United States (48 adjacent states)
- Hawaii (U.S. state)
- Alaska (U.S. state)
Non-eligible Destinations: We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or any other locations outside the above-listed regions.
2. Shipping Methods & Pricing
We provide standard shipping only (no expedited/express shipping options available at this time). Shipping fees are calculated based on order subtotal (before taxes) as follows:

3. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas). Processing time refers to the duration required to pick, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse.

- Hawaii: 5–7 business days
- Alaska: 6–8 business days
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, carrier service disruptions, or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holiday periods).
4. Customs Duties & Sales Tax
- Customs Duties: Since we only ship within the U.S. territory, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees associated with your order.
- Sales Tax: During checkout, the system will automatically calculate the applicable state and local sales tax based on your shipping address. This sales tax is mandatory and the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status via our designated carrier’s website. We do not provide shipment updates via phone or text message.
6. Shipping Disclaimers
- Dcicmc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier confirms delivery to the specified address. If you have not received your order within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team at service@dcicmc.com.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is canceled after it has been shipped.
- We do not offer shipping to freight forwarders or third-party consolidation addresses.
