Thank you for shopping at Dcicmc! We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your glasses case purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and exchange policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Applicable Scenarios)
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered (e.g., wrong style, size, or color).
- You are not satisfied with the product for personal reasons, provided the item remains unused.
Ineligible Scenarios:
- Custom or personalized glasses cases (if available) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or with missing original packaging (e.g., torn boxes, lost tags).
2. Time Limit for Accepting Returns
You must initiate a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery record). Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Steps Users Need to Take for Returns & Exchanges
- Initiate the Request: Contact our customer service team at service@dcicmc.com with your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged/defective).

Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and send you a confirmation email containing:
- A pre-paid return shipping label (no need to pay for return shipping).
- A designated return address (DO NOT ship the item back to our warehouse or the original shipping address—incorrect addresses will cause delays or loss of your package).
- Pack and Ship the Item: Place the item in its original packaging, attach the pre-paid label securely to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Retain the return tracking number for reference.
4. Return Fee & Shipping Cost Responsibility
- No Return Handling Fee: We do not charge any processing fees for eligible returns and exchanges.
- Free Return Shipping: The full cost of return shipping is covered by Dcicmc for all eligible returns/exchanges within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska (via pre-paid labels).
- Free Shipping for Exchanges: If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you via standard shipping at no additional cost—we cover the outbound shipping fee.
5. Return & Refund Processing
- Inspection Period: We will inspect the returned item within 2–3 business days of receipt. Only items that meet our eligibility criteria will be approved for refund or exchange.
- Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1 business day. It may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing rules.
- Exchange Processing: For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item immediately after inspection. Delivery time follows our standard shipping policy (3–8 business days based on your location).
6. Special Provisions for Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize your request and offer two solutions:
- A full refund (including sales tax) with free return shipping for the defective item.
- A free replacement shipped to you without requiring you to return the defective item (at our discretion).
